This is an easter weekend must have for busy young professionals on the fly. Our chefs have put together 6 boneless Cornish hens which are stuffed with chicken and cranberry (500g each). All you have to do is defrost and place them in the oven for an hour at 375. Also in this package we include 4lbs of cocktail shrimp, 500g of premium smoked trout, six 200g Double stuffed Monte Carlos and one lb of sharp cheddar and a 1kg package of our signature coffee.
