8 14oz Prime Dry Aged Strips. Only 1 % of Cattle make the grade to qualify as Prime. Our Cattle is chosen from boutique ranchers in the Rockies. Then the loins are expertly dry aged and trimmed by our master butchers. Each hand cut steak is individually packaged and ready for the charcoal. Please note these cuts cook much quicker as they lose 30 percent of their weight during the dry aging process.
10 El Cabron Pinchitos. Over the years the Pampas of Uruguay have been honored by time and tradition of the Gauchos. Living and rearing cattle as they did in the 1800's they raise some of the worlds finest grass-fed beef hands down. The 350 gram Pinchitos are healthy bite size pieces of grass fed filet mignon wrapped in berkshire bacon on a stick ready for the charcoal. A must with home made chimichurri and a bold Rioja.
