Why eat organic meat and fish?

Le Maitre D" & Sommelier has long recognized the universal benefits of a natural and organic approach. All meats contain saturated and monounsaturated fats (healthy). Growth hormones and antibiotics fed to cattle in commercial feedlots accumulate in their intramuscular fibre (where toxins are stored) or what is commonly reffered to as marbling, while heavy metal pollutants that contaminate the ocean build up in ocean fish, especially when caught near the shore.

Eating organic meat ensures that you are not getting an unexpected dose of antibiotics and growth hormones with your meat. Eating certified organic and/or wild caught long line fish ensures that you are not eating heavy metal pollutants.
